Athlon Optics Neos HD 8x42 Binocular aims to provide a good balance between image detail, the width of view, image brightness, and steadiness. The new 2nd generation Neos now comes with HD optics! They are built tough, with a composite chassis that is O-ring sealed and nitrogen purged for 100% waterproof/fog-proof so if you simply run into foul weather along the way or should you take a spill in a mountain stream, or for that matter take a spill overboard, your Neos binos are ready for it. Rubber armouring gives you a grip in slippery situations. Fully-Multi-coated optics and premium-quality BaK-4 prism glass maximise light transmission and image clarity. You can quickly see when enjoying nature outside that no matter how well your plan on our part you and your binoculars may get a little wet.

Bak-4 glass prisms reflect more light to your eyes which will give you brighter and sharper image.
Fully multi-coated optics
Fully multi-coated optics effectively reduces reflected light and increases the transmission of light giving you a brighter image than normal single coated lenses.
